Descripción: Este edificio de cinco pisos es un ejercicio de precisión y elegancia contemporánea, donde la simplicidad de las líneas y la materialidad cuidadosamente seleccionada crean una fachada moderna. Destacan los paneles de aluminio artesanal, diseñados a medida, que cumplen funciones estéticas y técnicas al proporcionar una piel ligera y resistente.
El acabado metálico del aluminio refleja la luz, generando un juego visual con el entorno. La organización estructural permite que cada nivel se conecte con el exterior a través de amplios ventanales, mientras que las barandas metálicas de acero, de diseño minimalista, complementan el lenguaje contemporáneo del edificio.
La entrada principal presenta un muro texturizado que contrasta con la suavidad del aluminio y la transparencia del vidrio, retroiluminado por la noche para crear una atmósfera acogedora. El árbol existente frente a la fachada se integra cuidadosamente al diseño, aportando un diálogo entre lo natural y lo construido.
Description: This five-story building is an exercise in precision and contemporary elegance, where clean lines and carefully selected materials come together to create a refined, modern façade. Custom-designed, hand-crafted aluminum panels are a defining feature—serving both aesthetic and functional purposes by acting as a lightweight yet durable skin.
The metallic finish of the aluminum reflects natural light, producing a dynamic visual interplay with the surroundings. The structural layout allows each level to engage with the exterior through large windows, while minimalist steel railings enhance the building’s contemporary language.
The main entrance features a textured wall that contrasts with the smoothness of the aluminum and the transparency of the glass, and is backlit at night to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. An existing tree at the front of the property has been thoughtfully integrated into the design, fostering a dialogue between the natural and the built environment.
