Descripción: Este proyecto destaca por su diseño minimalista y moderno, donde se maximiza la conexión con el entorno a través de la transparencia y la apertura espacial. La volumetría pura y el uso de superficies blancas le dan una presencia sobria y elegante en el paisaje.
La fachada principal combina líneas horizontales y verticales, creando ritmo y profundidad. Las aberturas en las ventanas, junto con los paneles que filtran la luz, añaden dinamismo y protegen los interiores del sol, manteniendo una atmósfera fresca.
Al ingresar, un espacio central de doble altura conecta visualmente los distintos niveles, permitiendo que la luz natural ilumine las áreas comunes. Las grandes superficies acristaladas integran el interior con las terrazas exteriores, creando un ambiente ideal para un proyecto de esta naturaleza.
El diseño geométrico, con volúmenes flotantes, genera terrazas y espacios abiertos en el nivel superior, ideales para disfrutar del paisaje costero. El uso de vidrio en barandas y cerramientos asegura que las vistas permanezcan despejadas.
Description: This project stands out for its minimalist and contemporary design, where spatial openness and transparency are used to enhance the connection with the surrounding environment. The pure volumetry and white surfaces give the building a sober yet elegant presence within the landscape.
The main façade features a combination of horizontal and vertical lines, generating rhythm and depth. Window openings and light-filtering panels introduce a dynamic interplay of light and shadow, while protecting the interior spaces from direct sunlight and maintaining a cool atmosphere.
Upon entry, a central double-height space creates a visual link between levels, allowing natural light to flood the communal areas. Large glazed surfaces seamlessly integrate the interior with the exterior terraces, establishing an ideal atmosphere for a project of this nature.
The geometric composition, with floating volumes, creates terraces and open spaces on the upper level—perfect for enjoying the coastal landscape. Glass railings and enclosures ensure unobstructed views, reinforcing the project's dialogue with its surroundings.
